Is fantasy cricket legal in Gujarat?
Paid fantasy cricket for a stake is an online money game under the 2025 Act, so it is not lawful in Gujarat or elsewhere in India from 1 May 2026. Free-to-play without a stake is a different product. Gujarat's older gambling statute still covers offline play.
