How we make money

Short version: CricketBetGuides does not sell betting IDs, does not accept payment for rankings, and is not owned by a betting operator or agent network. Our incentive is to be accurate, not to convert you into a deposit.
Revenue sources
- Display advertising on the site (non-gambling advertisers only, where ads run).
- Editorial content licensing to sports publications.
- Historic or residual affiliate relationships with platforms we documented — disclosed on the relevant page when they exist. We do not link out to operators from review pages.
What commercial relationships do not buy
- Ranking position or star scores
- Removal of criticism
- Paid placement in comparison tables
- Unlabelled sponsored content
Editors can reject or rewrite any page that fails the editorial policy, including pages with a commercial history.
How we label commercial links
Where an affiliate or paid link appears elsewhere on the site, it should be obvious to the reader. Typical wording:

Affiliate or sponsored anchors should use rel="sponsored nofollow" where that matches our policy. Operator outbound links are not used on platform review pages.
Platform records after 1 May 2026
Scores and payment notes on review pages are a pre-Act test record. They are not live offers. Online money games are prohibited nationwide under the 2025 Act. See the methodology page for how those records were produced.
